This recipe requires a little patience if we do it from beginning to end even if we do not want to make the dough at home whenever We use fresh broken bodies found in the supermarket. Ingredients For the dough: 250 gr

Roll the dough as thin as possible. Line a baking pan and as explained in page. 2 of the PDF.
Fill the pan with the leeks and cook in the oven durto 30 minutes.
Cool slightly before cutting. Serve warm or cold.
